Wensa ("we", "us", "our") operates the Wensa mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Account information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) a profile photo. Activity within the app: your favorites, reviews and ratings, and your bookings and tickets. Device information: a push-notification token used to deliver alerts about your bookings and activity. Payment information: when you make a booking, payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and confirm your bookings, show your favorites and reviews, send notifications related to your activity, provide customer support, and keep the service secure and working properly.
Camera & Photos
If you choose to set a profile photo, the app requests access to your camera or photo library only for that purpose. We do not access your media for any other reason.
Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications about your bookings and updates. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
How We Store & Share Data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our hosting and database provider. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, notifications and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app at any time, which removes your personal data from our systems, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Your Rights
You can view and update your name, email and phone number from your profile, and you can delete your account at any time. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Wensa is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available here and in the app, with the updated date shown at the top.
